Twitter tops Top 100 Tools for Learning 2009

The Centre for Learning and Performance Technologies has announced the final Top 100 Tools for Learning 2009 – created from the contributions of 278 learning professionals worldwide.
Topping the list is Twitter, followed by Delicious and YouTube.
