During the day we aim to develop your confidence when using Generator plus a thorough understanding of its functionality and application.

Our objective will be to equip you with the knowledge to use Generator effectively, developing an understanding of the application of Generator to your technology planning and strategy.

The session will commence with an overview of Generator followed by a practical session in which the registration process and the roles of the primary user will be discussed. You will then be given the opportunity to complete a quick review and discuss the process and findings with other delegates. Reporting and improvement areas will also be highlighted during this session.

The afternoon session will consider a range of scenarios and how Generator can be used to address these. The objective of doing the scenarios is to understand the various contexts that Generator can be applied to; the aim of completing one scenario will be to understand how Generator’s report results fully inform the technology strategy and planning.
