One of JANET’s activities is to monitor and, where possible, influence developments in legislation that affect universities, colleges and schools as operators of large computer networks. A new blog has been launched that will provide updates on developing areas of law and regulation.
The blog will mostly be concerned with changes and developments: areas of law that are relatively settled will continue to appear on the existing Legal and Regulatory website at: http://www.ja.net/development/legal-and-regulatory/.
