Engaging for Success: Enhancing Performance through Employee Engagement

The publication of the MacLeod Report on Employee Engagement brings a new focus to this vital topic. As the economy of the UK comes out of recession, it’s essential that organisations ensure that their employees are fully engaged in their work. It’s not just on the business front that employee engagement provides benefits: engaged employees are generally happier.
Employee engagement, as the cliché goes, is a journey not a destination. There is no magic spell that employers can cast to engage their employees –engagement is the result of a sustained and sincere process. This workshop will provide you with valuable insights into how to strengthen your employees’ engagement.
Informed by that report and sponsored by The Champions Club, John Meredith and Steve Smith of The Learning Center, (a UK Partner of FranklinCovey), have designed a workshop that will enable participants to:
- Identify the unique factors that drive engagement across their workforce
- Determine the actions to build specific engagement drivers into their culture and employee programmes
- Improve their ability to attract, retain and engage critical talent
- Encourage and sustain behaviours that help employees deliver superior and sustained performance
