Matthew Rhodes is presented with his prize by Chris Barber
Congratulations to Matthew Rhodes, Technical Services Manager at Freeman College, on winning a £100 Amazon gift voucher, courtesy of the JISC Regional Support Centre for Yorkshire & Humber!
Matthew completed the national JISC RSC customer satisfaction survey over the summer and was randomly chosen as the winner from the Yorkshire and Humber region.
The customer satisfaction survey provides the JISC Regional Support Centres with invaluable feedback on how we are doing in supporting learning providers in the region.
We received a positive response, with the vast majority of respondents indicating they are ’satisfied’ or ‘very satisfied’ with the service we provide.
Chris Barber is the e-Learning Advisor that supports Freeman College and he presented Matthew with his prize. Matthew has also received support from Ken Scott, e-Learning Advisor (Technical and Infrastructure), and is on our Technical Discussion List. ”It’s good to know that support network is there and I’d like to get more involved,” Matthew said.
Members of the Technical Discussion List share problems and solutions via an email mailing list. If you wish to join the Technical Discussion list, please email support@rsc-yh.ac.uk. For more details on how we support those in a technical role, see our website: http://www.rsc-yh.ac.uk/technical/index.asp
Freeman College is a Specialist College based in Sheffield. They plan to build links with a local community farm and Matthew says he will use the voucher to buy guide books for the students and volunteers that work there.
