The next phase of the LSIS Leadership toolkit is now available to the sector.

The development of Phase 3 topics was led by feedback from the sector and holds substantial additional content from the Phase 2 edition – winner of the 2009 BETT award for ‘Leadership and Management Solutions’.

Benefits of Phase 3 include:

• Updated content on information previously contained within phase 2.

• Fifteen additional modules available around the areas of globalisation, employer responsiveness, sustainable development

• Developmental workshops to help map a training route through the toolkit for you and your staff looking at both organisational and professional development.

• Access to forums for sharing effective practice.

The toolkits also offer access to other key online resources including:

• Shaping My Future for the development of your personal development plan

• Safeguarding – including a diagnostic tool to measure your organisation’s safeguarding effectiveness

• Demonstrating quality – to assist you with inspections and your self assessment reporting

• Chartered Management Institute resources including video footage from top CEOs in the UK and excerpts from the Harvard Business Review

All of this is available for a cost effective subsidised annual subscription price of £27 per user for WBL institutions in 5 or 10 user membership blocks.
