JISC Funding: Relationship Management

JISC logoJISC is inviting proposals from institutions for pilot projects in Relationship Management.  Total funding of £900,000 is available for pilots in the following areas:

Up to 12 Customer/Partner Relationship Management (CRM/PRM) process improvement projects which  will  pilot and extend the CRM Self  Analysis Framework developed as Phase 1 of JISC’s Business and Community  Engagement CRM work.   The aim of these pilots is to support  institutions in managing BCE oriented CRM.  (Funding of up to £50,000 per  pilot is available). 

Between 8-10 Student Lifecycle Relationship Management pilot projects.  The aim of these pilots is to support  institutions in the management of their relationships with students across the  lifecycle of their interaction with them.  (Funding of between  £20,000-£50,000 per pilot is available). 

Projects are expected to begin at the end of June 2009 and last for up to 10 months until the end of April 2010. 

The deadline for proposals is 12 noon on 18 May 2009.
