JISC RSC YH E-Learning Conference 2009 logoWe are happy to announce details of our e-Learning Conference 2009, which takes place on Tuesday 2nd June 2009 at York Racecourse!

The event this year will be bigger than ever, following a ‘hands-on’ format of workshops, interactive zones, an extended exhibition and ‘How To’ sessions. The themes are: Engaging All Learners, Assessing Learning, and Learning Without Walls.

All supported learning providers receive a limited number of FREE places (worth £150 each).  Letters have been sent out with details of promotional codes for all free places, which key contacts should receive in the next few days. To reserve your free place, you must quote your organisational promotional code when booking online at www.rsc-yh.ac.uk.  If you require help with your code, please contact us via support@rsc-yh.ac.uk.

LATEST NEWS: We are pleased to announce that Professor Sir David Melville will be the keynote speaker at the event. Sir David is Chair of LLUK (Lifelong Learning UK) Council and of the JISC-funded Committee of Inquiry into the Changing Learner Experience.  He recently spoke at the JISC Conference.  Details are can be found at: http://www.jisc.ac.uk/events/2009/03/jiscconference09/programme/studentexperiences/davidmelville.aspx
