
Congratulations to Pauline Rowe, Vice Principal of Calderdale College!
Kathy Boyer, e-Learning Advisor, presented Pauline with a £100 Amazon voucher after she completed the JISC Regional Support Centre Customer Satisfaction Survey 2008 and had her name picked randomly from all entrants in the region.
The Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) provides the JISC Regional Support Centre with invaluable feedback on how we are doing in supporting learning providers in the region.
We received a positive response, with over 90% of respondents rating the quality of our service as ‘Good’ or ‘Excellent’.
Pauline commented on how the JISC Regional Support Centre for Yorkshire & Humber has impacted upon Calderdale College:
“The support we’ve had has been invaluable in developing and delivering our IT strategy and improving the teaching and learning and the student experience in the College“.
The CSS is sent out to key contacts at the end of every academic year.
