Intute recently presented at online events run by JISC RSC South West and JISC RSC West Midlands, testing out the ‘webinar’ format – online seminars.
The Intute blog presents pros and cons of the format. Read here to see what they thought. The general summation was that, once they had got used to the technology, it provides a cheap and very convenient tool to use.
The JISC Regional Support Centre for Yorkshire & Humber hosts occasional online events. We had our Virtualisation event this Autumn, with more planned for the future.
