Induction – make a start with e-learning

Remember your first day in a new job? What was the induction like? If it was engaging and effective, then you’re in the minority. For many of us it’s either being stuck in an empty room with a manual the size of War and Peace or ‘death by PowerPoint’ on a five-day corporate induction programme!

But it needn’t be like that – e-learning is simply perfect for induction and can bring huge benefits. That’s why so many organisations begin their first venture into e-learning with a blended induction programme. Quite simply, induction is the best place to start with e-learning.
