Excellence in Learning Spaces Forum

This FREE forum is for managers and others who have an interest in new build or are planning or in the process of a new build at their institution.  We have held a successful inaugural meeting at Calderdale College in July and now plan to run a series of forums in the region in the coming year. The next one will be at York College who are now well into their new build, on Thursday September 30th at 10.00 until 15.00.

We intend to hold the forums every 4 weeks or so in the first term.  The next ones will be on Friday 24th October and Thursday 4th December (note we are still looking for suitable venues, volunteers please?).

Essentially the meetings will be considering how to future-proof new build and to consider what might be the needs of the learner of the future. We will also consider the process by which new builds are planned and clarify in the light of our current knowledge, what needs to be included and excluded in these. The next meeting will also include a tour of the new college.

Who Should Attend?
Those concerned with new build and the requirements for the learner of the future including Project Managers, e-Learning Managers and Senior Managers.
